Job: Order Fulfillment/Operations Supervisor Location:Â West Hurley, NY Pay:Â $30 - $35+ /hour, plus bonus Job Type:Â Temp to Perm Schedule:Â Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Job Summary:
Oversee order picking and packing operations to optimize daily workflow, employee productivity and customer satisfaction. Provide ‘hands-on’ assistance, as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the printing of orders and confirming order shipments
- Troubleshoot order picker/packer issues
- Oversee inventory discrepancies, pick modifications, order modifications, large volume orders, international orders, priority orders
- Process customer returns
- Re-stock inventory from warehouse and packaging supplies
- Receive inventory purchased (put-away to pick locations)
- Cycle counting inventory
- Supervise 8-10 employees/temporary employees:
- Determine appropriate staffing levels
- Review/approve daily hours worked; approve requests for time off
- Conduct annual performance reviews
- Handle conflicts as they arise
- Daily communication with other department Managers
