Job Description
Schedule: MON-FRI 1st: 6am-2:30pm 2nd: 2:15pm - 10:45pm (Training on 1st shift 4-6 weeks then can move to 2nd)
Pay: $16.50/hr

If you prefer more physical work and mental challenges this may be your fit. Requires visual inspection, strength and endurance and dependability, ability to stand, lift/pull up to 80 lbs. The slush molding is pouring the mold then putting it into an oven. Long term commitment needed. Space is not air conditioned. They have AC Stations and give Gatorade and 10 min breaks every hour in the summer, but it gets very hot because there are ovens to melt and form the plastic in the molds and then showers to rinse them once they have cooled. Need to be at least 5'9" to reach high up bins.
Job Description:
- Safely and efficiently operate and calibrate machinery and equipment(use small ovens)
- Carefully fill molds and track time to produce quality parts
- Trim parts and process work orders, enter time into computer
- Follow instructions accurately and promptly
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must be able to tolerate temperature changes, hot/cold
- Must be able to handle periods of physically challenging work
- Quality oriented and safety minded.
- Neatness with good eye/hand coordination
- Ability to use machinery safely, accurately, and rapidly
- Quick learner with ability to retain it well
- Able to process work orders and work independently
- Able to multi-task and understand and follow directions accurately
- Able to work in hot and steamy and/or cold work environment
- Able to walk up steps and stand for long periods of time
- Able to pull products from molds regularly and lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Upper body strength needed to pull/lift routinely for 8 hours a day
