Schedule: MON-FRI, 8:30am-5:00pm

Administrative Assistant
SEEKING CANDIDATE COMFORTABLE WORKING FOR A SMALL ORGANIZATION AND CAPABLE OF WEARING MANY HATS AND WITH EVEN TEMPERMENT, GOOD WITH DIFFICULT CUSTOMERS. Job Functions: • Composing, writing, typing & sending correspondence • Preparing reports, • Maintaining crew logs, help with scheduling • Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software • Support other departments in completion of related tasks • Maintain Cloud Storage and hard copy files • Answer phones and take written messages • Download photos from cameras Qualifications: • Proficient in Microsoft Word, & Power-point • Knowledge of Adobe PDF • Be able to multi-task • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally • Be able to climb stairs • Be computer efficient • Be able to work neatly and efficiently • Must be able to read, write and clearly speak in English to respond to client inquiries in a pleasant manner
