Assistant Commercial Account Manager
Location – Madison, CT and Rye Brook, NY
Salary – 40,000.00

As the assistant to the Commercial Account Manager you will play a key support role, helping manage client relationships, prepare documentation, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the account.
 Administrative Support
Schedule meetings, calls, and travel for the account manager.
Manage calendars and email correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, or client briefs.
Maintain organized digital and physical records.
 Client Communication
Act as a point of contact for clients when the account manager is unavailable.
Follow up on client requests or inquiries.
Help prepare responses to client questions or concerns.
 Sales & Account Management Support
Assist with account setup and onboarding processes.
Help gather and analyze data on client accounts.
Support proposal development, quote creation, or renewal processes.
Track sales goals or key performance metrics.
 Documentation & Reporting
Maintain and update CRM systems or sales databases.
Track contract deadlines, deliverables, and billing schedules.
Prepare monthly or quarterly account reports.
 Coordination & Teamwork
Liaise between clients and internal departments (e.g. finance, marketing, product).
Coordinate materials or logistics for client meetings or presentations.
Assist with marketing campaigns or client event
