Location:  Kingston, NY
Salary:  $55,000 - $75,000 BOE
Job Type:  Permanent, Full Time

Company Description
We are a well established full service law firm in Kingston. We have two teams, one that works with transactional law and real estate files, another that works with litigation files
 
Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney.  The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, client representation, conducting research, negotiating transaction terms, maintaining files and working with clients and  our team on cases related to Real Estate and Business Transactional Files.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Legal practice, a plus
  • Familiarity with Clio and file maint. software
  • Strong research and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Admitted to practice law in New York
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking
