Position: Carpenter Schedule:Â MON-FRI, 7AM-4PM Pay range: Â $26 - 30/hour (BOE) Job Type: Temp to Perm Location: Red Hook, NY
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
Position Summary:
- Performs tasks involving carpentry within residential and commercial building sites. Great for a Carpenter who wants a steady paycheck with a Monday through Friday schedule.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Operate various hand/power tools. - Frame interior walls and doorways. - Frame exterior walls and buildings. - Finish work including molding and cabinetry. - Must have knowledge and skill in all phases of carpentry. - Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Must perform general physical activities to complete task.
- Has basic knowledge of the language and terminology used in this occupation.
- Perform single repairs on equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Drive a variety of vehicles to possibly transport materials between job sites.
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
