Job Description
TITLE: DIRECT CARE SUPPORT SCHEDULE: 02:15PM-10:15PM OR 03:00PM-11:00PM WEEKEND COVERAGE REQUIRED PAYRATE: $18.50/HR INCREASES FOR 30+COLLEGE CREDITS OR UP TO 10Y EXPERIENCE POSITION TYPE: TEMP-PERM LOCATION: ULSTER AND DUTCHESS COUNTY
DIRECT SUPPORT FOR ADULT POPULATION IN VARIOUS HOUSES IN DUTCHESS & ULSTER COUNTIES.
EXPERIENCE A PLUS BUT NOT NECESSSARY.
Responsibilities:
Participates in and takes our individuals to company sponsored outings (Baseball games, bowling, dinners at restaurants, movies, etc.)
Supports good health and safety (food prep, toileting, hygiene, bathing, etc.)
Provides Person-Centered Supports
Demonstrates Professionalism
Builds and Maintains positive relationships
Supports our individuals growth
Requirements
High School Diploma/ GED
Valid NYS Drivers License
Must be 21 years or older
Must be capable at all times of initiating or assisting in all components of the crisis intervention of the agency
