Position: Facilities Representative
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm plus on-call for snow removal evenings and weekends included
Pay rate: $19.85 - $20.50
Position type: Part Time / On Call, temporary through end of February
Location: Kingston, NY
Job Description: Complete daily maintenance tasks including but not limited to janitorial services, snow removal (must be available), courier runs, light construction projects, ground maintenance, supply delivery, working with outside contractors, and performing various security procedures for the Kingston location as well as diagnosing and repairing various HVAC systems.

Complete daily maintenance tasks including but not limited to janitorial services, snow removal, courier runs, light construction projects, ground maintenance, supply delivery, working with outside contractors and performing various security procedures for the Kingston location as well as diagnosing and repairing various HVAC systems. Essential Requirements:
Must possess and maintain a valid New York State driver's license and be eligible to drive company vehicles.
In depth knowledge of all general maintenance tasks including property maintenance tasks.
Ability to operate various types of power equipment such as snow plows, snow blowers, saws, drills, skid steer vehicles, lawn mowers hedge trimmers etc.
Ability to handle all aspects of janitorial repair services.
Ability to work at various heights on roof or ladder.
Capability of lifting 50 pounds.
Basic plumbing skills.
Basic carpentry skills.
Basic painting skills.
Basic mechanical and vehicle repair skills.
Ability to work various flexible work hours to accommodate special project and events.
Ability to be on call during Winter snow removal outside of normal work hours.
Capability of performing manual labor such as sweeping, shoveling, raking, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Do carpentry and residential and commercial plumbing as needed.
Assist in moving of equipment and furniture as needed.
Perform painting as required.
Perform janitorial services as needed.
Perform lawn maintenance, snow removal, and exterior repairs as needed.
Set up, tear down, and support of various bank activities and meetings both during normal hours and during weekends and evening.
