Schedule and Pay:
Hours: Part Time or Full Time (office hours: 8:30AM-5PM)
Pay: $20-24/hr (BOE)
Status: Long term temporary (possibly Temp to Perm for the right candidate)
Location: Saugerties, NY
Seeking an assistant for our HR team. This position will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources Department with day to day operations. This is an entry level position but does require previous Administrative Assistant experience, knowledge of Excel and Word. Some HR Experience is a plus but not required. Hours:
Flexible Responsibilities:
Updating time sheets in our payroll system.
Assist in the recruitment process
Assist in On-Boarding new employees, processing the proper new hire paperwork, administering the new hire training's, and communicate the company benefits and the time frame of eligibility.
Assist in Benefits Administration.
Maintain accurate and complete employee personnel files/filing
Maintain current and accurate handouts, manuals, and forms as related to Human Resources.
Assist with setting up for company events.(pizza parties,town halls,holiday parties)
Reconciliation of HR invoices.
Assist with data entry for Account Payable(as needed)
Other duties as needed.
Requirements:
Associates Degree preferred but not required
Light HR experience is a plus
Must have strong administrative skills, attention to detail and experience with Excel and Word.
Must have strong people skills and be able to work with HIGHLY confidential information.
