Job Type:Â Permanent, Full Time Job Summary:
The Controller will help to set up the accounting systems and structure for a group of small LLCs related to property management as well as a new manufacturing location and training facility. This position will continue on to be a strategic leader helping to manage financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and more. Ideal candidates will have an extremely strong accounting knowledge base with strong experience with software implementations. Â

Job Responsibilities:Â
Implement accounting structure and accounting for multiple small LLCs related to property management
Implement Fixed Asset management for small creative agency
Outline financial map for intracompany transactions
Implement QB Enterprise for multiple small LLCsÂ
Work as a strategic leader alongside the Executive Vice President and other key leaders.
Manage Budgeting and Financial Planning
Requirements:
7+ years’ experience including working as a leader handling financial management in a service industry, nonprofit, or creative services field.
Experience implementing software systems
Familiarity with QuickBooks Enterprise
Experience Implementing Fixed Assets management
Experience implementing a chart of accounts, accounts payable & accounts receivable. Â
Hands-on accounting experience
Experience working as a strategic leader for an organization or company.
Minimum of BA In Accounting
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Love of challenges, and ability to overcome obstacles and create solutions through creative problem solving
Ability to be flexible and pivot priorities and focus as needed
