Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 BOE

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Labor and Employment Paralegal to work in our corporate setting with at least five years of experience that includes collective bargaining agreements. The position will train under the supervision of in-house counsel and will then work independently provide day-to-day support for department heads and liaise with outside counsel.

Responsibilities:
Provide support for the administration and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements.
Work directly with department heads to address day-to-day employment-related issues.
Coordinate with outside legal counsel on various labor matters.
Draft and review correspondence, contracts, and reports.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience, with a strong background in labor and employment law.
Direct experience working with collective bargaining agreements required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Exceptional organizational skills with dogged attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
