Job Description
Schedule and Pay:
- Hours: MON-FRI, 7AM-4PM
- Pay: $20/hr and up (BOE)
- Status: Temp to Perm
- Location: Red Hook, NY
Job Summary
Performs tasks involving physical labor at residential and commercial building sites.
Job Duties
- Operate various hand tools
- Clean and prep site
- Clear site of rubble, debris, waste and/or other materials
- Dig trenches and holes as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualification
- 3-5yrs experience preferred
- Valid drivers license
Skills
*Must be able to Tape and Spackle
- Must perform general physical activities to complete task
- Must possess basic knowledge of the language and terminology used in this occupation
- Must possess ability to perform single repairs on equipment
- Must possess the ability to receive and follow direction
- Must possess excellent verbal communication skills
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be able to drive a variety of vehicles to possibly transport materials between job sites
- Must possess ability to use a variety of manual and power tools
