Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join a team of dedicated professionals who will do what it takes to serve our youth. The ideal candidate will provide essential support and advocacy to children from the ages of (8-21) and families in need, focusing on child and family counseling, crisis management, and behavioral therapy. *Responsibilities*
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine clients' needs
- Develop and implement therapeutic care plans tailored to each child's specific situation
- Provide clinical counseling and behavioral therapy to individuals children and groups
- Offer crisis intervention services as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support children in achieving their goals *Qualifications*
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work or related field
- New York State licensure or certification as a Social Worker
- Experience in child and family counseling, case management, and pediatrics preferred
- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation and group therapy techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills and empathy towards children

Hiring 4 Social Workers (LMSW/LCSW/LMTW) one will be Bilingual one will be the lead, and we are also searching for a Clinical Director. In totality the team will be 6.
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday Base Schedule
On call hours a must
Nights and Weekends as needed
Language:
Spanish (Preferred) Seeking one Bilingual professional
License/Certification:
LMSW/ LCSW/ LMTW (Required)
Ability to Commute:
Kingston, NY 12401 (Required)
Position is contingent upon receiving a satisfactory report from the State Center Registry, Justice Center, Sex Offender Registry, Criminal Background, DMV drivers abstract, a current medical examination and drug test, and an education verification check.
