Job: Part Time Housekeeping Attendant
Location: Catskill, NY
Pay: $21/hour
Job Type: Temporary for 12 weeks with potential to become permanent.
Schedules: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00am- 5:00pm
Position Summary:
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and comfort in all guest cabins throughout their stay. This role also includes maintaining the cleanliness and organization of various resort areas, including the Spa, Main House, and Housekeeping storage spaces. The ideal candidate will take pride in providing an exceptional guest experience through attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hospitality.
Essential Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest cabins daily and between stays, ensuring they meet resort cleanliness and presentation standards
Replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens
Maintain cleanliness in resort common areas including the Spa, Main House, hallways, restrooms, and other assigned public spaces
Clean and organize housekeeping storage areas; ensure all supplies and equipment are stored safely and properly
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the supervisor promptly
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures and protocols
Work collaboratively with other housekeeping and resort staff to support seamless guest experiences
Respect guest privacy and confi dentiality at all times
Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required
Ability to drive a golf cart; golf carts are used to get from cabin to cabin, housekeeping offi ce to cabins and other areas of the property
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and commitment to quality service
Physical stamina to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Good time management and organizational skills
Willingness to work fl exible hours, including weekends and holidays
