Position: Maintenance Tech Location: New Paltz, NY Pay range: $22-32 Based on Exp Job Type: Direct Placement, Full Time with OT Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am - 3:30pm
Requirements: - advanced experience with electrical and mechanical machines
- electrical and mechanical machines pumps
- can work with rollers, dye cutters, partition machines, and box makers
Position Summary:
- Looking for highly skilled and motivated Industrial Mechanic with excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills to join our dynamic team. Duties/Responsibilities: - Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Provide resolution to mechanical and electrical problems
- Repair defective equipment such as A/C-D/C drives
- Perform routine electrical and mechanical preventative maintenance
- Rebuild complex gear trains
- Run machines for testing, repair and to coach operators on proper operation of machines
- Document all maintenance activities accurately and maintain records
- Ensure the work environment remains uncluttered, clean, and well-maintained to ensure safety
- Assist in the procurement of spare parts and inventory managementÂ
- Help ensure that all company standards and customer commitments are met
