Pay:Â $32-$36 / hour BOE

Schedule:Â Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm with potential Overtime
Job Summary:
Our client manufactures liquid filtration equipment and filter media for the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, chemical, mining and waste water industries.We are looking to fill an immediate full time opening for a Controls/Automation Technician.  The ideal candidate would be an electrician with strong working knowledge of AC, DC, Control Systems, Hydraulics, and Pneumatics.  Candidate will be Installing, Commissioning and Maintaining automated equipment control systems including PLC Systems for liquid filtration equipment.
Job duties would include:
Installation of automation systems from rough-in to termination to programming.
Trouble shooting and maintaining said systems in factory.
Start Ups/Commissioning/Troubleshooting at customer sites is required from time to time.
Filling out commissioning and maintenance documentation using plant CMMS system.
Excellent communication skills and interaction with coworkers, supervisors and contractors
Perform all duties with minimal supervision
Perform mechanic duties including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting, and repair of filter equipment.
Building Hydraulic Power Units for plant equipment
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
A High School diploma or GED at a minimum
A Valid Driver License
5+ years’ experience in Electrical, Electronics, Controls/Industrial Automation, and/or System Maintenance, Hydraulics
PLC and Controls troubleshooting and maintenance experience, particularly Allen Bradley and/or Omron!
Mechanic skills including, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting
Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate well in English
Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
Provide own basic set of hand tools
Ability to respond to off hour emergencies.
Ability to travel to customer sites for commissioning or repair work as needed.
