Job Title: Production Manager Location: Lake Katrine, NY (near Kingston) Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM Compensation: $60,500 – $92,000 annually Job Type: Full-time, exempt As a manager, you will take ownership of your department, supporting people development, maintaining high production standards, and modeling a strong work ethic, curiosity, and determination.
Core Responsibilities:
The Production Manager oversees four production shifts, with responsibilities including:
Lead efficient, safe production that delivers consistently high-quality products
Maximize throughput and minimize waste while maintaining established standards
Mentor Supervisors and provide hands-on training for team members
Manage staffing levels and resolve callouts to ensure operational continuity
Support hiring by facilitating working trials and assessing candidate fit
Oversee safe equipment operation and perform first-level troubleshooting
Uphold all safety, GMP, and food safety standards
Ensure smooth shift handoffs and clear, consistent communication across teams
Job Requirements
