Position:  Office Manager
Location:  Highland, NY
Pay:  $20-$25/hour BOE
Job Type: Full Time, Temp to Perm
Schedule:  Monday - Friday 8am-4pm

  • Business Loans
  • Vehicle Loans 
  • Lowes
  • Building & Overhead Expenses
  • Vendor Invoices 
Accounts Receivable
  • Entering Invoices 
  • Mailing / Emailing Invoices 
  • Filing Invoices
  • Posting Received Payments
  •  Making Deposits
  • Collection calls / emails
  • Payment Applications & Waivers
Insurance 
  • Business insurance    
  • Subcontractor insurance
  • Insurance Audits 
  • Bonding Paperwork

Credit Cards
  • Maintain Receipts
  • Match Receipts to Statements
  • Job Costing items purchased

Sales Tax
  • Tracking
  • Online Reporting
  • Making Payments

Onboarding - New Hire Paperwork
  • Ensure New Hire paperwork is completed, including:
    • Driver’s License
    • Social Security Card
    • Osha Cards
    • Any other certifications
    • W-4s 
    • IT-2104s
    •  I-9s

Other Duties: 
  • Keeping job folders up to date 
  • Answering Phone
  • Scheduling Service Call
  • Managing calendar
  • Managing client contracts 
  • File permits
  • Collect & submit necessary paperwork for jobs
  • Send RFI’s from field reports
  • Procurement of equipment and fixtures 
  • Schedule sub-contractors
