Position: Onsite Asset & Property Manager
Location: Kingston, NY
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Job Type: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 10-15 hours / week flexed based on needs
Summary: Responsible for coordinating and assisting with the functions of leasing, projects, and tenant escalations on site.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Facilitate the lease process onsite: Shows available units to prospects, coordinated by offsite property associate.
Answers communications from all stakeholders of the ecosystems.
Orient new tenants to the community
Manages relations with tenants when they need to be onsite, as requested by offsite office.
Answers tenant communications via phone, email, and property management software in a timely fashion
Escorts prospective tenants through units, explains all facets of the community & management and provides general information.
Project management and renovation project support for the maintenance department
Onsite relationship management with various stakeholders as requested by office
Eyes on the ground, inspects properties and reports on operational problems
Documents and responds to various requests that are made by office
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Processes incoming mail, by scanning it and sending it to offsite.
Supports the maintenance department and assists as requested.
For the right candidate: Marketing and sales of commercial property management services to potential clients. Can build and benefit from the management business and develop brokerage business.
