Responsibilities:
-Identify commercial sales opportunities, and perform initial cold calls, and perform all follow thru to end of sales process.
- Conduct pest control sales inspections and present presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Utilize our Sales CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Research and analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services
- Manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities Requirements:
- Proven experience in home or commercial building maintenance sales or a related field
- Strong business development and sales skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to use goggle sheets and learn our proprietary software
- Ability to analyze market data and identify trends and opportunities
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
