Center Receptionist
Location-Saugerties
Schedule:Mon– Fri (8:30am – 5:30pm)
Payrate: $20.00
Temp to Perm
We are seeking a Center Receptionist for our client, a national marketer and producer of log home kits. The position is based at our Saugerties, New York office. This is a fast growing company with a differentiated approach to sales, marketing, and installation service vs. the industry. The primary responsibilities of the role will to support our sales team onsite.

Role/Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of Administrative Office duties as required
Answer incoming calls
Greet walk-in clients
- Capture basic information from potential customers
Facilitate tours and walk-through of our model homes
Maintain office supplies
Perform a basic/daily walk-through of the model center
- Report any office, facility/grounds related issues
Coordinate with various vendors
- Cleaning crew
- Lawn care

Requirements:

Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
Highly skilled and motivated in administrative duties
Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Acrobat, Google Chrome)
Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage and execute on assignments with competing priorities
Problem solving skills
