JOB DESCRIPTIONÂ
Summary/objective
The Relationship Manager is responsible for developing long lasting business relationships to help our client. achieve sales growth. Responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing business through relationships Facility Directors, Chief Engineers, General Managers, VP and C-Suite- level decision makers, and other industry leaders and influencers.
Cultivate strong professional relationships with our referral sources and trade partners by analyzing the market, identifying viable target clients, reaching decision-makers, and utilizing a consultative sales style to turn prospects and leads into accounts and sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Cultivates connections and relationships with commercial decision-makers, centers of influence and referral partners to grow a portfolio of commercial accounts that have a high propensity to call A-DRI when they experience a damage event or environmental disaster.
- Responsible for stewarding existing client/partner base, and creating new account relationships
- Manages the entire sales cycle from identifying prospects, to formalizing customer relationships and stewarding the customer experience.
- Delivers effective, consultative sales meetings in person.
- Plans and manages appointment schedules.
- Maintains exceptional internal and external customer communication and accurate sales documentation.
- Provides professional after-sales support to enhance the customer’s experience
- Meets/Exceeds monthly sales quotas and goals.
- Creates sales activity reports.
- Analyzes and implements business development opportunities and strategies.
- Identifies and initiates contact with target customers and influencers such as facility executives and owners, operations leaders, property management professionals, insurance agents, insurance adjusters, plumbers, realtors.
- Visit job sites and collaborates with project managers and operations colleagues to support customer experience excellence.
- Actively participates and networks in industry-related trade organizations promoting the company services.
- Makes presentations to small groups.
- Reinforces relationships with new and existing customers.
- Ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience, preferably selling a service.
- Majority of time is spent on outside sales calls, may be required to work occasional evenings and weekends.
- Experience selling to insurance agents, small service contractors, property and facility      managers/property owners preferred but not required.
- Excellent sales and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (i.e Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Exchange, google).
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the position.
- Marketing and customer service experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Professional appearance and decorum.
- Results driven attitude and a self-starter.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Must be willing to take a background check.
- Must follow procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
**Required Emergency / After Hours Assignments**
- Participates in 24 hour on-call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours.
- Ensures every Field Team employee is aware and given timely notice of on-call shift assignments.
- During assigned on-call shift be responsive, answering all phone calls.
- Ensures all Field Team employees who are on-call are responsive, answering all phone calls during shift assignment.
Supervisory responsibilities
Overseeing Subcontractors, in-house trade staff, temporary labor teams and vendor relationships
Work environment

Physical demands
Prolonged periods of sitting in vehicles and at a desk
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds at a time
Prolonged periods of exposure to noise created by power tools, equipment and heavy machinery
Exposure to standard work site environments
Travel required
Minimum travel outside the immediate operating area may be required
Required education and experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of related experience
Preferred education and experience
- Two or more years’ experience managing repair projects in the insurance restoration industry
- IICRC certifications in Water, Fire and Mold restorationÂ
- Project Management related certifications and/or trainingÂ
