Title: Sales Representative
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary: Base 40,000.00 plus commission
Position Type: Permanent position
Location: Saugerties, NY
Our client is seeking a Sales Representative. This is a fast-growing company with a differentiated approach to sales and marketing vs. the industry. The primary responsibilities of the role will be to achieve expected sales results from ongoing leads provided. This position has potential 6 figure total income.
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales results expected
Follow proven company sales processes
Meet monthly objectives
Fully utilize the company CRM software to manage communications and follow up with customers
Presentation of promotional programs to potential customers
Offer discounts, based on authority of position
Provide updates to management on the status of opportunities daily
Create contacts for approval internally, and coordinate execution with customers
Some travel to NC is required for initial training
Required Skills:
Commission sales experience is a must
General knowledge of construction practices for new homes preferred, but not required (knowledge of log home construction is not required).
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Customer Service experience
Team player and strong work ethic
Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, etc.)
