Job Description
Title: Warehouse Picker Location: Highland, NY Pay: $18 - $20 per hour Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm Job Type: Full Time, Temp to Perm (Union once perm) Job Summary The Warehouse Picker supports production operations by picking, organizing, and moving materials according to production schedules and established procedures. Key Duties and Responsibilities
Pick materials, parts, and finished goods from warehouse locations based on pick lists, work orders, or shipping requests
Verify correct item numbers, quantities, and descriptions before staging or packing
Prepare orders for shipment by packaging, labeling, and staging materials in the designated area
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, ladders, WAV, Cherry Picker, and Forklifts (when certified)
Maintain accurate inventory by reporting shortages, damages, or incorrect locations
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed
Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory when required
Ensure materials are stored in the correct locations according to warehouse layout
Ability to read pick sheets, part numbers, and work orders accurately
Required Knowledge and Skills
Ability to use hand tools and powered equipment
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial warehouse
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and understand procedures written in English
Good written and verbal communication skills
Physical Requirements
Comfortable working on feet for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Other duties as assigned

Work is performed in manufacturing and warehouse settings
Regular exposure to a noisy environment
PPE:Â Use of safety glasses and additional protective equipment as required by law and safety policies
