Job Summary:</strong><br>
We are seeking the key management leader for our nonprofit organization.&nbsp;&nbsp;The Executive Director will report to the Board and be responsible for ensuring that the mission of our ogranization is fulfilled. Working with the Board you will develop plans, policies, community outreach and oversee the operations of our organization.<br>

We are a&nbsp; community supported non-medical residential home, which functions as a hospice supported safe haven for residents who, for various reasons, can not die in their own home. The Executive Director will have a part time Administrator and part time Volunteer Coordinator reporting, together with caregivers, aides and trained volunteers. This person will not be responsible for the direct care of the two home residents, but will have the responsibility of ensuring that the residents receive twentyfour hour compassionate care in a safe and comfortable environment. They will do this by leading a team of nurturing caregivers, support staff and volunteers, following care plans provided by Hospice, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.<br>

<strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br>
&bull; This person will work with the Board and staff to develop resources sufficient to ensure the financial health of the organization.<br>
&bull; They will oversee the daily operations of the Home, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures and updating them as necessary.<br>
&bull; Supervise staff, hire aides, provide guidance, training and support to ensure high standards of care.<br>
&bull; Ensure compliance with state regulations and requirements for Comfort Care Homes facilities.<br>
&bull; Maintain and foster professional relationships with city officials, hospice, hospitals, medical providers, religious organizations, and the human services community at large.<br>
&bull; Research and apply for appropriate grants and ensure all requirements of grants obtained are fulfilled.<br>
&bull; Plan, initiate and oversee fundraising efforts run by the Board and volunteers or outside contractors.<br>
&bull; Collaborate with the Board and Finance Committee in creating and managing annual operating budgets.<br>
&bull; Facilitate communication between residents, families, and staff to promote a positive and welcoming living and working environment.<br>
&bull; Work with Hospice and their intake procedure to receive&nbsp;residents, and ensure their plan of care for each resident is followed.<br>
&bull; Proactively represent our organization in the community and engage with other community leaders.<br>
<br>
<strong>Qualifications:</strong><br>
&bull; RN, LPN, Nurse Practitioner, or BSN in Healthcare, Administration, and or Palliative/Hospice care.<br>
&bull; Proven experience in operations management and planning and demonstrated team leadership, ideally within a residential or home care setting. Familiarity with hospice, palliative care or the Comfort Care Home model is an advantage.<br>
&bull; Experience working with a small community based organization or not-for-profit as an employee or volunteer would be a plus, particularly experience with fundraising.<br>
&bull; A belief in, and a commitment to the Comfort Home model, and a determination to provide compassionate care to residents and their families is essential.<br>
&bull; A demonstrated pro-active approach to problems and problem solving.<br>
&bull; Experience of grants, grants research and applications.<br>
&bull; Communication skills, written and verbal and comfort with public speaking.<br>

As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for working with Property Managers to insure the efficient operation of sites.<br> 

<br><strong>JOB DUTIES:</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>Involvement in staffing issues to include interviewing, training, overseeing and evaluating administrative staff and maintenance staff hired to support portfolio as well as preparing work schedules. Assist Property Managers with the preparation of annual operating budgets for each property in the portfolio.
&#9;<li>Conduct a minimum of two site visits per month per property.
&#9;<li>Preparing quarterly and annual monitoring reports for lenders and state agencies.
&#9;<li>Review and comment on Monthly Operating Reports
&#9;<li>Prepare yearly budgets
&#9;<li>Interacting with state agencies on any issues regarding property compliance.
&#9;<li>Be present for agency and lender property inspections.
&#9;<li>Prepare market study and analysis for annual rent increases.
&#9;<li>Dealing with outside contractors and negotiating contracts for services (i.e., landscaping, snow removal, HVAC, painting) and capital improvements.
&#9;<li>Prepare and implement site specific preventative maintenance plans.
&#9;<li>Work very closely with maintenance supervisor to ensure preventative maintenance schedules and all vendor contracts are current, ensure proper COIs are in place for all vendors.
&#9;<li>Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and Affirmative Fair Marketing plans.
&#9;<li>Other duties may be assigned as required.

<br><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>Self-motivated and self-directed individuals willing to take initiative. Consistent attendance and punctuality.
&#9;<li>Experience with the following: Yardi, MS Excel and Word, Outlook. Bookkeeping, A/P, A/R and Budgets.

<strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Position Overview:</strong> <br>
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Restoration Mitigation Supervisor to lead our field crews while also actively participating in mitigation work. This hybrid role requires someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, excels in team leadership, and can effectively manage multiple projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong communication and organizational skills, who takes pride in quality work and crew development.<br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>
<br>
<strong>Project Management:</strong> 
<ul>
&#9;<li>Manage and oversee multiple mitigation projects simultaneously from initial response through completion. 
&#9;<li>Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet company standards. 
&#9;<li>Create job scopes, timelines, and documentation using industry-standard software and technology. 
&#9;<li>Maintain communication with property owners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams. 
</ul>
<strong>Field Supervision & Hands-On Work:</strong> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>Perform mitigation work alongside crews including water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, and demolition. 
&#9;<li>Supervise and coach field technicians, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. 
&#9;<li>Set daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure accountability on job sites. 
&#9;<li>Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide guidance and support. 
</ul>
<strong>Team Leadership:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Train and develop new and existing team members in restoration techniques and company processes. 
&#9;<li>Foster a positive, results-driven team culture. 
&#9;<li>Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce compliance with OSHA standards. 
&#9;<li>Administrative & Reporting: 
&#9;<li>Document job progress, equipment usage, moisture readings, and photos accurately and timely. 
&#9;<li>Maintain proper job files and ensure accurate billing documentation. 
&#9;<li>Track materials, equipment, and labor costs. 
</ul>
<strong>Qualifications:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>3+ years in restoration/mitigation, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role. 
&#9;<li>IICRC certifications (WRT required, ASD and AMRT preferred). 
&#9;<li>Proficient in industry documentation and estimating tools (e.g., MICA, Xactimate, Moisture Mapper). 
&#9;<li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. 
&#9;<li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and in a variety of environmental conditions. 
&#9;<li>Valid driverâs license and clean driving record. 
&#9;<li>On-call availability and willingness to respond to after-hours emergencies as needed. 
</ul>
