POSITION SUMMARY<br>
This is a full time (32 hour 4 day work week) position and will be responsible for assisting with daily accounting functions that include but are not limited to processing A/P and A/R billings, bank reconciliations, making deposits, posting journal entries, and grant reporting. This position will work as part of a team to handle the day-to-date financial obligations while also ensuring that internal control policies are adhered to.<br>

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

&#9;<li>Responsible for bookkeeping tasks such as bill review, voucher preparation, distribution of payments, bank reconciliations, preparation of cash receipts and deposits, and creation of program reports and maintenance of general office and program financial records.
&#9;<li>Administration of tenant security deposit accounts.
&#9;<li>Administration of cash transfers between multiple entity accounts.
&#9;<li>Grant vouchering
&#9;<li>Administration and accounting of fundraising events
&#9;<li>Support to all program areas as needed.
&#9;<li>Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:
