This is a sales-first role responsible for generating and closing membership and program revenue. If you’re comfortable being measured by numbers—and winning—you’ll do very well here. If not, this isn’t the job for you.

Compensation

Base Pay: $16/hour ($24,0000 annually)

90-day retention bonuses

Team-based performance bonuses

What You’re Responsible For

Program and service upsells

Maintain strong follow-up habits (calls, texts, email) until a decision is made

Hit and exceed monthly sales targets (40–70+ new memberships/month depending on season)

Track and improve:

Tour bookings

Team Support (Limited)

Provide backup support to front desk during peak times (short-term only)

Assist with scheduling or sales-adjacent tasks that lead to revenue

Performance Expectations

Consistent achievement of sales targets

High activity levels in calls, follow-ups, and appointments

Strong close rate and revenue production

This is a performance-based role. If targets are not met consistently, this role will not be a fit.

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales ability (fitness industry experience is NOT required)

Comfortable asking for the sale—and handling objections

Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Able to manage a pipeline and stay organized in a CRM

Willing to be held accountable to clear performance metrics

Who Thrives Here

People who like winning and being paid based on results

People who take ownership of their numbers
